About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Closer to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking strategy sessions with detailing shop owners, understanding their current operational challenges, and determining if Orbia's marketing systems and AI automation can genuinely help their business scale.

This is not a high-pressure, hard-closing environment. We are highly selective about who we partner with. Your job is to assess mutual fit, educate prospects on our proprietary systems, and walk them through exactly what partnering together looks like.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales or closing.
• Ability to conduct deep-dive strategy sessions with business owners.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Understanding of or interest in the automotive detailing industry is a plus.
